Please carefully read the terms and conditions that all bookings are subject to.
Personal travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We strongly recommend that you take out full personal travel insurance at the time of booking, including accident, illness and travel cancellation for all tours to guard against the unexpected. If, at any stage, you experience unexpected changes to your schedule, please call and discuss these matters, either with your booking agent or alternatively, contact us directly. |
The prices quoted on our website represent the most current prices. Where minimum numbers are not met by the balance payment due date, a small group surcharge may be offered to ensure the trips operation. Refer to the trip information for all tour inclusions and exclusions. Once you have paid a deposit for your trip any subsequent discounts or price reductions that are advertised may not be retrospectively applied. Escape Adventures will try its utmost not to increase tour prices, however, sometimes increases are outside its control. Escape Adventures reserve the right to amend tour prices at any time. Amendments may be necessitated for many reasons including, but not limited to, increases in ground operator services, exchange rate fluctuations, increased fuel costs, airfares, airport charges, or the need to engage alternative air or ground operators. Any increase in tour prices must be paid prior to the departure date.
Any Amendments or cancelling a part booking once the deposit has been made 61 days or more before the tour departure date will incur an administration fee, where current arrangements require alterations e.g. swapping a client name.
However, if additional services, or increased group numbers are required on top of the current arrangements which aren’t changing, then no fee is payable.

All cycling equipment supplied by Escape Adventures is suitable for the trails we operate on. In making a booking for rental equipment, it is agreed that all cycling equipment will be used solely for the enjoyment on the cycle trail that it is intended for, or for cycling on sealed or metal roads, or formed cycle trails in the local vicinity. Failure to comply with this will result in the Renter being required to pay the costs of repair or replacement of the bicycle.
Escape Adventures warrants that all rented equipment is fit for the purpose for which it is intended at the beginning of the rental period. The Renter agrees to check over the equipment at the beginning of the rental period to ensure it is in good condition and full working order. Any issues must be communicated to Escape Adventures at this point, as you may be charged for anything that is broken or damaged on the bicycle when it is returned.
Only Escape Adventures staff or agents are to carry out modifications to our bicycle equipment. This includes fitting and removing bike seats or pedals. The exception to this is adjusting seat heights and replacement of a tube in the event of a puncture.
Confirmation of a booking that includes rental equipment is taken as agreement to these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms, the Renter takes responsibility for any excessive wear and tear, damages or breakages on the hire items. The Renter agrees to Escape Adventures invoicing for any charges post-rental to repair or remedy any excessive wear and tear, damages or breakages to the hire items.
