Escape Adventures strongly recommends that all clients purchase suitable travel insurance for both domestic and international travel at the time of paying their deposit.
We recommend checking that your policy provides appropriate cover for cancellation, illness, accidents, travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances that may arise during your trip.
It is also important to check that your policy provides cover for the cycling activities included in your chosen tour, including any applicable off-road or trail riding.
Payment of a trip deposit confirms your booking and indicates acceptance of the Escape Adventures Booking Terms & Conditions, including the cancellation, amendment and transfer provisions contained in those terms.

By paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable Escape Adventures Booking Terms & Conditions.
The Booking Terms & Conditions applicable to your booking are those in effect at the time your booking is confirmed, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Any rights you may have under applicable New Zealand law are not affected by these terms.
