Please read these Terms & Conditions of Booking carefully. By completing and submitting a Booking Form and paying a deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which constitute the agreement between Escape Adventures and you.

Where applicable, “Escape Adventures representatives” also includes land management authorities and relevant third-party representatives involved in the operation of a tour.
By completing and submitting the Booking Form, you confirm that:

Deposits are non-refundable except where expressly stated otherwise in these Terms & Conditions or required by law.
Some tours may require additional permits, deposits or payments. Where applicable, these requirements will be communicated at or before booking.
Escape Adventures reserves the right to decline or refuse a booking where operational, safety, availability, supplier or other reasonable considerations prevent acceptance of the booking.
